Hi, I’m Carly, and I have several years of experience working with adults with disabilities and chronic/terminal illnesses, caregivers and family members, and older adults facing end-of-life issues. Services offered in individual, family, and group therapy sessions include: 

  • Grief & loss work

  • Psychoeducation and practical tips regarding disease management

  • Referrals to community programs when on a fixed income

  • Making safe caregiving plans & support for caregivers

Carly uses the following treatment modalities: Biopsychosocial model, Person Centered, Positive Psychology, 12 Steps, Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (for depression), and the client's faith system as her primary healing frameworks.
