I have been in the helping profession since 2014 and have a passion for working with those navigating addictions, and substance abuse disorders, including those seeking a positive change in their lives. I believe that every individual is unique, which is why I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your specific needs. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy, and mindfulness practices, I work collaboratively with you to identify goals and develop strategies that empower you to overcome challenges and enhance your well-being.
